WMS Growth Manager
Job Description:
The WMS Growth Manager, in partnership with the WMS Delivery Manager, monitor projects progress and takes corrective action as needed, while maximizing value delivered to clients. The WMS Growth manager optimizes the practice efficiency by keeping a standardized methodology and proper continuous training for team members. The WMS Growth Manager participates in sales efforts for the WMS offering (this includes possessing in-depth knowledge and understanding of the market and competitive products), client meetings, N'ware WMS events, and demonstrations as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Management
· Participate actively in project initiation, establish credibility with clients, and guide project teams.
· Occasionally serve as the WMS Practice Strategic Architect for unique client needs.
· Monitor project progress and take corrective actions as needed.
· Suggest recruitment needs based on backlog of contract hours and expertise needed for the practice.
· Manage escalations from active projects and act as the primary point of contact for management.
· Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide recommendations to other departments.
· Review and evaluate new client requests related to architecture.
2. Product offering
· Develop and nurture partnership with internal staff, partners (hardware, equipment, supplies, automation), and vendors to grow the N’ware WMS practice to be a “one-stop” partner for our clients that are looking for various Products and Services.
· Provide Product and Services training/information not only to the N’ware WMS team members but also other colleagues under the N’ware umbrella.
· Monitor the market landscape and stay updated on competitor products and activities.
· Representing the company at strategic networking events, fostering partnerships, and generating leads.
· Participate in go-to-market strategies for the practice and assist in establishing pricing, credit terms, guarantees, and delivery schedules in accordance with company policies.

· Strong customer focus with the ability to maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded.
· Experience in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting with potential clients, and participating in promotional events.
STANDARDIZATION
· Commitment to standardizing tools, products, and methodologies across all projects for consistency and efficiency.
COMMUNICATION
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with teams, clients, and management.
· Proficiency in budget management, including project budgeting, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY AND MULTINATIONAL EXPERIENCE
· Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and related technologies to provide technical guidance to project teams and client.
· Capability to manage projects across diverse regions, including Canada, the United States, Latin America, and EMEA.
SALES PRESENTATION AND ADAPTABILITY
· Ability to deliver effective sales presentations and product demos to potential clients. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
· Experience in successfully closing projects and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
COLLABORATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION
· Strong collaborative skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Client Care and Sales departments.
· Skill in resolving conflicts and escalations effectively and professionally.
Job Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in sales or software implementation.
· Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of ERP & WMS software, implementation process.
· Language Skills: Bilingual (French and English).
